Voor een bekende bouwmarkt in Heesch zoeken wij een assistent filiaalmanager die energie haalt uit het aansturen van een team, klanten vooruithelpt én dagelijks meebouwt aan een goedlopend filiaal. Deze functie is perfect voor wie toe is aan meer verantwoordelijkheid, maar ook graag met beide benen op de werkvloer blijft staan. Als rechterhand van de filiaalmanager ben jij betrokken bij alles wat speelt van personeelsplanning tot klantbeleving. Wat ga je doen als assistent filiaalmanager in Heesch? In deze rol ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse winkelvoering. Jij zorgt voor overzicht, draagt bij aan een prettige werksfeer en weet commerciële kansen te benutten. Leidinggeven en meewerken gaan bij jou hand in hand. - Coachen van een team van collega's op de vloer en ondersteunen bij het behalen van omzetdoelen - Zorgdragen voor een nette, goed gevulde winkel waar klanten zich welkom voelen - Bewaken van de voorraad, winkelpresentatie en het naleven van planningen - Opstellen van roosters en ondersteunen bij de ontwikkeling van teamleden - Meedraaien in het openen en sluiten van de winkel, waarbij jij het overzicht bewaart en verantwoordelijkheid neemt Samen met de filiaalmanager geef je richting, structuur én positieve energie aan het team.
