Je zorgt voor een veilige omgeving is en je krijgt van Jumbo ruimte om de winkel op commercieel gebied te ontwikkelen. Het resultaat van jouw inzet is een commerciële en schone winkel en een betrokken winkelteam. Dit ga je doen Als Assistent Filiaalmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor een van onze twee specialisaties: het Proces & Goederenverwerking en de Klant & Commercie. Jouw collega (Assistent) Filiaalmanager is verantwoordelijk voor de andere kant. De procesmatige zijde zorgt er door middel van goed georganiseerde processen voor een gevulde, schone winkel. Als Assistent Filiaalmanager gespecialiseerd in deze kant geef jij dan ook leiding aan de afdeling Proces & Goederenverwerking. De zijde Klant & Commercie richt zich op het commerciële plan en zorgt dat de winkel aansluit bij wat de klant wil. Je geeft leiding aan collega's op de vers- en kassa afdeling. Je vindt het belangrijk om met jouw team aan doelen te werken en de successen samen te vieren. We zijn dus op zoek naar een daadkrachtige en resultaatgerichte leider en een mensgerichte en inspirerende leidinggevende. Jij prikkelt collega's en geeft ze vrijheid om zelf over hun afdeling en jullie winkel na te denken. Samen ontstaan de beste ideeën en vinden jullie voor iedere uitdaging een oplossing.
