De klant is een Belgische organisatie met meer dan 130 winkels verspreid over gans het land. Ze bekleden de tweede plaats in de Belgische doe-het-zelf sector. Ze richten zich op de doe-het-zelf markt met 25.000 doe-het-zelfartikelen en aanverwante artikelen rondom en in huis. De winkels hebben een grote oppervlakte en ze werken in afdelingen (verf, badkamer, tuin etc.). Accent Jobs is een uitzend selectiebedrijf dat de flexibiliteit van een uitzendbureau combineert met de kwaliteit van een selectiebedrijf. Er worden enkel jobs aangeboden die uitzicht bieden op een vast contract. Dit wordt mogelijk gemaakt door de 700 gepassioneerde medewerkers die elke dag meer dan 12.000 mensen aan een job helpen. Voor de optie vast vacature van assistent winkelverantwoordelijke, ziet jouw job er als volgt uit.

  • Je adviseert klanten professioneel en enthousiast, zodat ze met een goed gevoel de winkel verlaten, en je draagt actief bij aan een positieve sfeer op de werkvloer.
  • Je ondersteunt in het aansturen en motiveren van het team, stelt prioriteiten en helpt nieuwe medewerkers bij hun opleiding en begeleiding.
  • Je neemt de dagelijkse winkelwerking mee op, zodat de winkel vlot blijft draaien, ook bij afwezigheid van de winkelverantwoordelijke.
  • Je staat in voor personeels- en planningsadministratie zoals uurroosters, dagplanning en verlofregeling.
  • Je combineert operationele en administratieve taken: je plaatst bestellingen, volgt leveringen en inventarissen op en werkt voornamelijk actief mee op de winkelvloer (70% actief meewerken / 30% administratieve taken).

Voor de optie vast vacature van assistent winkelverantwoordelijke, kan jij jezelf terugvinden in onderstaand profiel.

  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring in de DIY-sector of retail, als verkoper of verantwoordelijke, en wil jezelf verder ontwikkelen in een leidinggevende rol.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en neemt verantwoordelijkheid op in je dagelijkse werk.
  • Je bent hands-on ingesteld, werkt graag mee op de vloer en blijft rustig en efficiënt onder druk.
  • Je bent flexibel naar werkuren toe en vindt werken op zaterdag vanzelfsprekend; ook voor toekomstige zondagopeningen toon je bereidheid.
  • Je bent gemotiveerd om voltijds (38u/week) te werken en actief bij te dragen aan een sterk draaiende winkel.
  • Je bent in de mogelijkheid om te werken vanuit de winkel in Arendonk en Retie.
