Het bedrijf is na 30 jaar uitgegroeid tot een zeer succesvolle lokale onderneming met ondertussen twee vestigingen en ongeveer 12.000 m² winkeloppervlakte. Hun familiebedrijf kende een bloeiende evolutie en ondertussen stapte de tweede generatie reeds mee in de winkel. Ondanks de groei die ze mochten doormaken, doen ze nog steeds hun best om zeer klantgericht te werken en iedereen persoonlijk van dienst te zijn. In hun winkels wordt een zeer ruim assortiment aan producten aangeboden, steeds tegen een zeer voordelige prijs. Dankzij deze ruime productkeuze vindt iedereen zijn zin.

Voor onze vacature als assistent teamleader in Izegem zal je volgende taken uitvoeren:

  • Leiding geven samen met de winkelverantwoordelijke
  • Je brieft het team dagelijks en verdeelt de taken
  • Je geeft duidelijke opdrachten en toelichtingen bij procedures en werkorganisatie
  • Je behoudt het overzicht en zorgt voor structuur in de dagplanning
  • Toezicht houden op stockbeheer
  • Je creëert een fijne en constructieve werksfeer
  • Je draagt de waarden van het bedrijf actief uit naar je team
  • Je ondersteunt medewerkers om hun taken tijdig en met kwaliteit uit te voeren
  • Overleggen met winkelverantwoordelijke, collega-teamleaders en verantwoordelijken
