Als Assistent Filiaalverantwoordelijke ondersteun je de dagelijkse werking van het filiaal in Zemst. Je helpt klanten, volgt bestellingen en stock nauwkeurig op en zorgt samen met het team voor een vlotte en efficiënte organisatie.

Je combineert klantencontact met administratieve opvolging en praktische ondersteuning in het filiaal. Dankzij jouw servicegerichte aanpak, nauwkeurigheid en hands-on mentaliteit kunnen klanten rekenen op een professionele en efficiënte dienstverlening.

  • Opstellen en opvolgen van transfers en inkoopvoorstellen.
  • Beheren van de stock en bewaken van een efficiënt voorraadniveau.
  • Het filiaal georganiseerd en overzichtelijk houden, met een correcte aanvulling van de voorraad via de aankoopdienst of het logistieke centrum.
  • De jaarlijkse stocktelling in goede banen leiden.
  • Bij afwezigheid van de filiaalverantwoordelijke neem je de transportplanning voor je rekening.
  • Professionele klanten aan de toonbank verder helpen met vragen, bestellingen en directe afhalingen.
  • Orders en offertes behandelen via e-mail, telefoon en WhatsApp en deze nauwkeurig opvolgen tot aan de levering.
  • Ervoor zorgen dat producten uit orders en offertes correct worden besteld bij de aankoopdienst en nadien worden klaargezet voor afhaling of levering.
  • Als aanspreekpunt voor de binnen- en buitendienst draag je bij aan een vlotte samenwerking.
  • Waar nodig spring je bij en samen met je collega’s zorg je voor een positieve werksfeer.
  • Motivatie en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel vinden we belangrijker dan jarenlange ervaring.
  • Nieuwe kennis pik je snel op en je bouwt graag productkennis op via opleiding op de werkvloer.
  • Dankzij je digitale basiskennis werk je vlot met een computer en verschillende systemen.
  • Affiniteit met of een sterke interesse in dak- en gevelmaterialen is belangrijk.
  • Ook onder druk blijf je rustig en stressbestendig.
  • Samenwerken zit in je natuur. Je ondersteunt collega’s en neemt initiatief wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Met klanten en collega’s communiceer je vlot in het Nederlands.
