Functie

Voor onze klant, een doe-het-zelf keten te in Lier en omstreken zijn wij op zoek naar Assistent - filiaalleider. Als rechterhand van de filliaalleider, zal je een overkoepelende functie uitoefenen in de winkels uit de regio.

  • Je stimuleert de medewerkers om een klantgerichte service te bieden en de winkel op orde te houden.
  • Je steekt ook zelf de handen uit de mouwen.
  • Je stelt prioriteiten en verdeelt het werk onder de medewerkers.
  • Je begeleidt de medewerkers door coaching en controle.
  • Je helpt de winkelverantwoordelijke bij het dagelijkse beheer van de winkel en je vervangt hem bij zijn afwezigheid

Profiel

  • Je hebt al enkele jaren ervaring in de distributie en wenst hierin jouw loopbaan verder uit te bouwen.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met doe-het-zelfartikelen.
  • Je staat er voor open om in verschillende filialen te werken (Lier, Reet, Edegem, Wilrijk, Schilde, Sint-Katelijne Waver)
  • Je bent in staat mensen te coachen en bij te sturen.
  • Je kan stresssituaties aan en weet hoe je met moeilijke situaties moet omgaan.
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid om in het weekend te werken.

Wat je van ons krijgt

  • Optie vast na een geslaagde interimperiode.
  • Een afwisselende job met boeiende verantwoordelijkheden, sociale contacten en heel wat autonomie.
  • Een opleiding on-the-job is voorzien. Deze zal ongeveer 2 jaar in beslag nemen. Je start als winkelmedewerker en doorloopt het ganse traject.
  • Nadien blijf je bijleren via infodagen van leveranciers en productopleidingen.
  • Een voltijdse tewerkstelling (38u/week)
  • Loon aangevuld met maaltijdcheques, ecocheques, ...
  • Zondagsuren betaald aan 200%
