Dan is deze functie misschien wel jouw volgende uitdaging.Voor een toonaangevende speler binnen de bouwmaterialensector zoeken wij een Assistent Filiaalverantwoordelijke voor de vestiging in de regio Evergem.

Jobomschrijving

Als Assistent Filiaalverantwoordelijke ondersteun je de dagelijkse werking van het filiaal en zorg je ervoor dat alles vlot en efficiënt verloopt. Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, collega's, logistiek en aankoop. Samen met de filiaalverantwoordelijkedraag je bij aan een optimale dienstverlening en een goed georganiseerde vestiging. Jouw takenpakket omvat onder meer:· Opstellen en opvolgen van voorraadvoorstellen en interne transfers.· Beheren en optimaliseren van de voorraadniveaus.· Zorgen voor een overzichtelijk, ordelijk en efficiënt georganiseerd filiaal.· Coördineren van stockaanvullingen in samenwerking met aankoop en logistiek.· Mee organiseren en opvolgen van de jaarlijkse stocktelling.· Ondersteunen van de transportplanning en deze zelfstandig beheren bij afwezigheid van de filiaalverantwoordelijke.· Professionele klanten adviseren en verder helpen aan de balie.· Verwerken en opvolgen van bestellingen, offertes en klantaanvragen via telefoon, e-mail en andere communicatiekanalen.· Bewaken van een correcte opvolging van leveringen en afhalingen.· Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor zowel binnen- als buitendienstmedewerkers.· Actief bijdragen aan een positieve werksfeer en een vlotte samenwerking binnen het team.

· Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.· Je beschikt minstens over een graduaatsdiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring.· Je bent digitaal vaardig en werkt vlot met courante computerprogramma's.· Je hebt interesse in bouwmaterialen of bent gemotiveerd om je hierin verder te verdiepen.· Je bent klantgericht en haalt voldoening uit het bieden van een uitstekende service.· Je werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig, ook wanneer het druk is.· Je neemt initiatief en verantwoordelijkheid.· Je bent een echte teamplayer met een positieve ingesteldheid.· Motivatie, inzet en leergierigheid zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend.· Je bent bereid om beurtelings op zaterdagvoormiddag te werken (ongeveer één op twee zaterdagen van 8u tot 12u).
