Vivaldis Tessenderlo zoekt een Assistent Filiaalleider voor een bedrijf gespecialiseerd in tuin- en doe-het-zelfproducten in de regio Limburg/Antwerpen.

Jouw takenpakket als Assistent Filiaalleider bestaat uit:

  • Ondersteunen van de filiaalleider bij de dagelijkse winkeloperaties
  • Leidinggeven aan het verkoopteam en zorgen voor een positieve werkomgeving
  • Assisteren bij werkroosters en de personeelsbezetting bewaken
  • Verkoopdoelstellingen behalen en winkelprestaties optimaliseren
  • Zorgen voor een aantrekkelijke productpresentatie en winkeluitstraling

Profiel

Als Assistent Filiaalleider herken je jezelf in volgende punten:

  • Minimaal een diploma secundair onderwijs
  • Ervaring in de retail of in een leidinggevende/coördinerende rol is een pluspunt
  • Affiniteit met tuin- en doe-het-zelfproducten
  • Sterke communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden
  • Klantgericht, commercieel ingesteld en een echte teamspeler
  • Flexibel ingesteld qua werktijden en taken
