Als Assistent Front Office Manager bij RCN de Schatberg combineer jij coördinatie, coaching en gastcontact in één afwisselende functie. - Wat ga je doen? - Wie zijn wij? - Wat vragen wij? - Wat bieden wij jou? Wat ga je doen? Jij ondersteunt de Front Office Manager bij de dagelijkse aansturing van de receptie en bent tijdens de dienst het eerste aanspreekpunt voor het team. Je stuurt receptiemedewerkers operationeel aan, coacht ze op de werkvloer en stelt werkroosters en dagplanningen op. Bij complexe gastvragen, klachten en bijzondere verzoeken spring jij bij en zorg je dat de gast met een goed gevoel de balie verlaat. Daarnaast werk je actief mee in de receptiediensten. Je checkt gasten in en uit, verwerkt reserveringen, beantwoordt telefoon en e-mail en verzorgt betalingen en informatievoorziening. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en gasttevredenheid, ziet toe op de naleving van procedures en veiligheidsrichtlijnen en stemt af met housekeeping, technische dienst, horeca en parkmanagement. Bij piekdrukte houd jij het overzicht en speel je zelfstandig in op onverwachte situaties. Wie zijn wij?
