Als Assistent General Manager ben je de rechterhand van de General Manager en zorg je dat alles achter de schermen en op de werkvloer soepel verloopt. Van het aansturen van verschillende afdelingen tot het in goede banen leiden van grote congressen en evenementen: jij houdt het overzicht en krijgt de ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen! In de functie van Assistent General Manager heb je de leiding over de gehele operatie op locatie. Daarnaast fungeer je als voorbeeld voor medewerkers, je traint hen en waarborgt constante kwaliteit. Verder ben je verantwoordelijk voor: - Het coördineren en overzien van alle operationele activiteiten binnen F&B en Rooms Division; - Het opstellen en behalen van budgetten en overige administratieve werkzaamheden; - Bepalen en realiseren van operationele doelstellingen; - Het geven van instructies en feedback aan medewerkers; - Ontwikkelen van creatieve en innovatieve ideeën; - Het sturen op gastvrijheid en het creëren van een unieke beleving; - Toezien op de naleving van de HACCP; - Het waarborgen van de constante kwaliteit.
