FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Als assistent-gerant / storemanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het operationeel beheer van de winkel en het coachen van jouw team. Je draagt mee de verantwoordelijkheid voor het succes van de winkel, maar kan steeds rekenen op de ondersteuning van een district manager en een HR business partner.

Met jouw klantvriendelijke en commerciële aanpak zorg je voor een aangename winkelervaring en help je klanten bij het kiezen van hun maaltijd. Daarnaast werk je actief mee in de winkel en sta je mee in voor de bereiding en verpakking van maaltijden.

Jouw taken als assistent-gerant:

  • Storemanagement en coaching van het team
  • Klanten adviseren en begeleiden in hun keuze
  • Actief meewerken aan de bereiding en verpakking van maaltijden
  • Netheid en presentatie van de winkel bewaken
  • Afrekenen aan de kassa en instaan voor klantenservice
  • Afwisselende taken uitvoeren en flexibel schakelen tussen werkzaamheden

  • Je hebt minimum 3 jaar relevante ervaring, liefst in een leidinggevende positie;
  • Je bent klantgericht en vriendelijk;
  • Je bent goedlachs, positief, empathisch en een echte teamplayer;
  • Je bent flexibel en kan op zaterdag werken;
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig en neemt initiatief;
  • Je volgt procedures nauwkeurig op.
