Wij zijn op zoek naar een Assistent Hoofd-Housekeeping voor 20 á 24 uur per week. De werkzaamheden zijn verspreid over 4-5 dagen van ongeveer 5/6 uur per dag. We zoeken iemand die flexibel is en ook in het weekend kan werken. Je zult werkzaam zijn voor Van der Valk Zwolle. De werkzaamheden vinden plaats tussen 09:00uur en 15:00uur (tijden in overleg en conform de bezetting). Jij bent onder andere verantwoordelijk voor de schoonmaak van de hotelkamers samen met jouw collega's. Tevens controleer je het werk van jou mede collega's, je hebt zo nu en dan contact met de gasten, de receptie en maakt een dagplanning. Daarnaast ben jij samen met jouw collega-assistent en Hoofd-Housekeeping verantwoordelijk voor ons team, en fungeer je als vraagbaak. + Jij kunt meewerken, aansturen en controleren; + Je werkt nieuwe collega's in; + Bent gastvrouw/-heer; + Zorgt voor een efficiënte en nauwkeurige werkwijze; + Zorgt tijdig voor het juiste materiaal en benodigdheden; + Zorgt voor het bevoorraden van de linnenkamer(s); + Fungeert als vraagbaak en weet op een correcte manier collega's en medewerkers te woord te staan. Jij wordt onze collega als; + Je flexibel bent (dit in verband met werktijden die over 7 dagen per week plaatsvinden) + Je beschikt over doorzettingsvermogen - goede teammentaliteit; + Ervaring in de hotelbranche is een pré; + Je in het bezit bent van eigen vervoer, woonachtig in een straal van 20 kilometer; + Schoonmaken jouw passie is; + Jij beschikt over communicatieve vaardigheden, bent daadkrachtig en hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
