Wat houdt de job in?

  • Ondersteunen van het Hoofd Technische Dienst bij de dagelijkse organisatie en opvolging van onderhouds- en herstellingswerken.
  • Instaan voor een efficiënte planning en ervoor zorgen dat technische interventies tijdig en kwalitatief worden uitgevoerd.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor techniekers, productie en andere interne afdelingen.
  • Mee toezien op een veilige, ordelijke en efficiënte werkplaats en actief bijdragen aan verbeteringen van processen en installaties.
  • Medewerkers op de werkvloer begeleiden, coachen en ondersteunen in hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden.
  • Bij afwezigheid van het hoofd de dagelijkse werking van de technische dienst mee coördineren en de continuïteit van de afdeling garanderen.
  • Ondersteunen bij voorraadbeheer, materiaalbestellingen en de administratieve opvolging van werkbonnen en onderhoudsplanningen.
  • Technische opleiding of relevante ervaring binnen elektromechanica, onderhoudstechniek, HVAC of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Enkele jaren ervaring binnen een technische dienst en sterke kennis van elektrische en mechanische systemen.
  • Vlotte communicator die zowel zelfstandig als in team kan werken en bereid is mee te draaien in een permanentieregeling.
