Jij zorgt ervoor dat elk evenement - van intieme bruiloften tot grote zakelijke bijeenkomsten - vlekkeloos verloopt én denkt mee over hoe we onze dienstverlening continu kunnen verbeteren en vernieuwen. Op onze stijlvolle locatie, inclusief het karakteristieke Kasteel Cammingha, leid jij het team met visie en creëer je een onvergetelijke ervaring voor onze gasten. Over de functie - Jij bent verantwoordelijk en inzetbaar voor de uitvoering van evenementen en bewaakt de kwaliteit op de vloer. - Je geeft leiding aan (junior) floormanagers, begeleidt en ontwikkelt hen, en stuurt bij waar nodig. - Je stuurt het team aan, geeft duidelijke briefings en zorgt voor een efficiënte samenwerking. - Je signaleert trends en denkt mee over hoe we als eventlocatie kunnen groeien. - Je denkt op strategisch niveau mee over de toekomst van De Landgoederij en draagt actief bij aan innovatie. - Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor zowel het team als de opdrachtgever en zorgt voor heldere communicatie. - Je neemt het voortouw bij operationele uitdagingen en zorgt dat alles soepel verloopt. Over de organisatie In de landelijke en sfeervolle omgeving van De Landgoederij in Bunnik draait alles om bijzondere momenten. Gelegen aan de Kromme Rijn, met een kasteel op de achtergrond, vormt deze unieke evenementenlocatie het decor voor bruiloften, bedrijfsfeesten, vergaderingen en andere bijzondere bijeenkomsten .
