Jouw werkplek

Je komt te werken in het bedrijfsrestaurant van Klaverblad Zoetermeer, een modern kantoorpand vlak bij het centrum. De locatie is goed bereikbaar met het ov; vanaf halte Centrum West loop je er in ongeveer zeven minuten naartoe en gratis parkeren kan op het terrein. Vermaat verzorgt hier de horeca voor drie organisaties binnen hetzelfde gebouw: Klaverblad als verzekeraar, Technip Energies als technisch ingenieursbureau en Angst + Pfister als leverancier van technische componenten. Dat maakt het restaurant een levendige en gevarieerde ontmoetingsplek voor verschillende teams en professionals. De sfeer is informeel, gastvrij en toegankelijk. Het horecaconcept bestaat uit een duurzaam lunchbuffet met internationale en seizoensgebonden gerechten, aangevuld met broodjes, warme opties, salades, soepen, smoothies en een koffieassortiment. Je werkt in een betrokken en divers team vanuit een open keuken, waardoor je veel verschillende collega's uit het pand ziet langskomen. Daarnaast verzorgt Vermaat de banqueting voor vergaderlunches en interne bijeenkomsten. Jouw functie

Als assistent horecamanager bij Klaverblad, Zoetermeer ben jij de steun en toeverlaat van de horecamanager, maar óók van het team en de gasten. Iedereen kan bij jou terecht met vragen. Je kijkt en werkt mee in de operatie, bij de administratie en op commercieel gebied. Je proeft in alle opzichten aan het ondernemen in de horeca. Je ondersteunt bij het maken van roosters, de inkoop en de (personeels-)administratie. Daarnaast denk je mee over de ontwikkeling van ons assortiment, het continu vernieuwen en verbeteren van ons aanbod én onze gastvrijheid. Je bent een voo
