Je start vanuit de zaak en werkt samen met collega's aan verschillende groenprojecten. Je maakt lange dagen en krijgt de kans om je verder te ontwikkelen via opleidingen en certificaten. Wat ga je doen? In deze functie werk je in opdracht van diverse gemeenten aan het onderhouden van groenvoorzieningen bij onder meer scholen, kinderdagverblijven, ziekenhuizen, bedrijven en instellingen. Je vertrekt iedere ochtend vanaf de zaak naar de werklocatie van die dag. Soms werk je zelfstandig, maar vaak samen met collega's. Je hoofdtaken zijn: - Snoeien van heggen - Maaien van plantsoenen en groenstroken - Verwijderen van onkruid - Aanleggen en kleinschalig herstellen van straatwerk Het is belangrijk dat je goed tekeningen kunt lezen, zodat je weet welke werkzaamheden er van je worden verwacht. De werkdagen zijn van maandag tot en met vrijdag. Je start om 06.30 uur en bent rond 17.00 uur weer terug op de zaak. Wat vragen wij? - Woonachtig in Heerenveen of omgeving - Aantoonbare werkervaring in de groenvoorziening en/of als hovenier - In het bezit van rijbewijs B - Je spreekt Nederlands, vanwege communicatie met klanten en buurtbewoners - Fulltime beschikbaar - Mbo werk- en denkniveau - Minimaal 1 tot 2 jaar relevante werkervaring - Je beschikt over flexibiliteit, kunt goed samenwerken, werkt zelfstandig en bent klantgericht - Certificaten zoals VCA, Wet Natuurbescherming, bosmaaien en motorkettingzagen zijn vereist of kun je via ons behalen Wat bieden wij? - Salaris tussen €2817 en €3233 per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring - Mogelijkheden om kosteloos certificaten te behalen of te verlengen - Doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen het bedrijf - Informele en collegiale wer...
