The posting

Als assistent huishouding werk je in het woonzorgcentrum Schelderust. Je maakt deel uit van team administratie en logistiek en werkt onder leiding van de coördinator in het departement zorg. Doel is om het verblijf van onze bewoners zo comfortabel mogelijk te maken door een optimaal onderhoud van de lokalen en het materiaal. Je zorgt voor het wassen van kleding, dekens, kledij van het personeel of geeft logistieke ondersteuning (transport van bewoners, hulp bij maaltijden, …).

Kerntaken

  • Onderhouden van het woonzorgcentrum. Dit houdt o.a. in: onderhoud van alle lokalen (burelen, gemeenschappelijke ruimten, ontmoetings-ruimten, ...) systematisch en efficiënt opbergen en gebruiken van de onderhoudsproducten en materialen, het keukengerei en het huishoudlinnen. drankenbedeling voor bewoners, personeel of voor bepaalde activiteiten (vb. vergaderingen, ...) afvalverwijdering reinigen en opbergen van vaatwerk
  • Onderhouden van de kledij van de bewoners en het personeel Dit omvat: ophalen vuile was en terugbrengen propere was naar de kamer; het onderhoud van kledij: wassen, drogen en strijken, het sorteren van de was, ...
  • Logistieke hulp: Dit houdt o.a. in: Ondersteuning van het maaltijdgebeuren en de cafetaria’s in WZC Schelderust en GAW Scheldezicht. Intern vervoer van bewoners van de kamer naar bvb. de dagzaal.

Werkuren:

  • Vroege shift: 7u30–15u36
  • Late shift: 10u10–18u16
  • 1 weekend op 3: gesplitste shift 7u30–13u12 en 16u30–18u24
  • Je bent beschikbaar vanaf september 2026
  • Je bent bereid om in ploegen te werken: Vroege shift: 7u30–15u36 Late shift: 10u10–18u16 1 weekend op 3: gesplitste shift 7u30–13u12 en 16u30–18u24
  • Je poetst graag en helpt bij het vervoeren van bewoners en bij maaltijden, uitbaten van de cafetaria en de eigen wasserij
