Of ben je toe aan een volgende stap waarbij je meer inhoudelijke verantwoordelijkheid krijgt? Dan is dit jouw kans. Voor een toonaangevende, onafhankelijke financiële adviesorganisatie in de regio Nieuw-Vennep zoeken wij een Assistent Hypotheekadviseur (Plus). Je komt terecht in een hecht team waar kwaliteit, persoonlijke aandacht en samenwerken centraal staan. Wat krijg je? Direct in dienst bij onze opdrachtgever. Salaris tussen € 3.000 en € 4.250 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring. 25 vakantiedagen. 8% vakantiegeld. Eindejaarsbonus. Collectieve pensioenregeling. Wat ga je doen? Als Assistent Hypotheekadviseur ben jij de spil van het hypotheekproces. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid en organisatietalent verlopen hypotheekaanvragen soepel en ontvangen klanten de service die zij verwachten. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: Wat heb je nodig? Je werkt nauwkeurig, bent klantgericht en houdt overzicht, ook wanneer meerdere dossiers tegelijkertijd lopen. Je communiceert makkelijk met klanten en collega's en vindt het prettig om onderdeel te zijn van een professioneel team. Een groot deel van de klanten bestaat uit expats. Daarom is het belangrijk dat je je ook in het Engels goed kunt redden. Daarnaast beschik je over: Minimaal mbo werk- en denkniveau. Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring binnen de financiële dienstverlening of hypotheekbranche. Wft Basis. Wft Hypothecair Krediet is een pré. Ervaring met Faster Forward is een pré.
