The posting

Wir suchen für unsere Kinderkrippe "GLÜCKSKÄFER" 1 Assistent/in für die Kinderbetreuung für 30 Wochenstunden (5-Tage-Woche) in Kirchdorf und Erpfendorf ab sofort.

Aufgabengebiet:

* Mitverantwortung für die Bildung, Erziehung und Betreuung von Kindern im Sinne der päd. Konzeption, im Einvernehmen mit der päd. Fachkraft bzw. Leiterin

* Betreuung von Kindern zwischen 1 und 3 Jahren

* Pflegerische und hauswirtschaftliche Tätigkeiten

Anforderung:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Assistent/in erwünscht, aber keine Voraussetzung

* 16 h Erste-Hilfe-Kurs

* Freude im Umgang mit Kindern im Kleinkindalter

* Soziale Kompetenz und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Teamfähigkeit

* Verschwiegenheit und Loyalität

* Einwandfreier Leumund

* Bereitschaft zur Aus- bzw. Weiterbildung

* Flexibilität

* Wertschätzung gegenüber Kindern, Eltern, Mitarbeiter_innen und Vorstand

Der Lohn für 40 Stunden im 1. Dienstjahr beträgt € 2.536,-- (mit Ausbildung); € 2.216,-- (ohne Ausbildung).
