In unterschiedlichen Wohngruppen schaffen wir einen Lebensraum, der Sicherheit, Selbstbestimmung und persönliche Entwicklung ermöglicht. 1 Assistent_in für Menschen mit Behinderungen - Kolleg_in im Wohnbereich gesucht! Das ist dein Job - sinnstiftend, abwechslungsreich und nah am Menschen

* Du begleitest unsere Bewohner:innen im Alltag und unterstützt sie dabei, selbstständig und selbstbestimmt zu leben.

* Du vermittelst praktische Alltagskompetenzen und sorgst für eine abwechslungsreiche Freizeitgestaltung.

* Pflegetätigkeiten gehören ebenso dazu wie das indivduelle pädagogische Arbeiten.

* Die Dokumentation erfolgt nach dem ICF Standard.

Das bringst du mit - du passt zu uns, wenn du

* Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen mit Behinderungen mitbringst

* Wert auf Teamarbeit und gegenseitige Unterstützung legst

* eine Ausbildung als Pflegeassistent_in, Pflegefachassistent_in, Fachsozialbetreuer_in oder Diplomsozialbetreuer_in (BA oder AA) abgeschlossen hast

* bereit bist, im Turnusdienst mitzuarbeiten (Tag-, Wochenend- und Nachtdienste)

* einen Erste-Hilfe-Grundkurs absolviert hast - kann gern nachgereicht werden
