Juristendrehscheibe sucht ab sofort: 1 Assistent*in für Steuerberatungskanzlei mit Berufserfahrung 1080 Wien Teilzeit / Vollzeit (30h bis 40h/Woche)

Arbeitszeiten: zw. 08/10 und 13/18h

Als erfahrene/r Assistent*in unterstützen Sie ein Team in einer zentral gelegenen Steuerberatungskanzlei

in allen Belangen. Im Idealfall verfügen Sie bereits über Praxis in einer Rechtsanwaltskanzlei oder auch in einer Steuerberatungskanzlei und über BMD NTCS Kenntnisse (keine Voraussetzung)

Aufgaben:

Eigenständige operative Abwicklung der Geldwäscheprüfung bei neuen und bestehenden Klient*innen;

Durchführung der laufenden WiReG-Prüfungen und WiReG-Meldungen; Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung und Verwaltung von Zugangsberechtigungen zu BMD.com; Beratung von Klient*innen bei der Nutzung des BMD.com Zuganges; Organisation der Dokumentenverwaltung und laufende Datenpflege in BMD;

Unterstützung aller Teams in administrativen Themen; Erledigung schriftlicher und telefonischer

Korrespondenz

Ihr Profil:

- abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, HAS, Lehre)

- erste einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Assistenzbereich

- hohe Lern- und Einsatzbereitschaft

- Selbständigkeit und Eigenverantwortung

- Loyalität und Teamgeist;

- analytisches und logisches Denkvermögen

- sichere EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse - BMD NTCS Kenntnisse von Vorteil
