Teilzeit: 20 Std./Woche

Du begeisterst dich für IT, liebst strukturiertes Arbeiten und möchtest in einem dynamischen Medienumfeld wirklich etwas bewegen? Dann werde jetzt Teil des IT-Teams der ORF-Enterprise und unterstütze uns bei der digitalen Transformation unserer Vermarktungsprozesse!

Als Assistent_in des Head of IT & Purchasing bist du die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen IT, Entwicklung und Business und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Systeme reibungslos laufen.

DEINE AUFGABEN

* Userverwaltung und First-Level-Support in diversen Systemen

* Projektunterstützung (Terminplanung, Kontrolle, Dokumentation, etc.)

* Verwaltung der IT-Postfächer

* Unterstützung des Entwicklungsteams bei der Umsetzung neuer Features

* Durchführung von Komponenten-, System- und Integrationstests

* Dokumentation in Jira oder SharePoint - du sorgst für Transparenz

* Einkauf (Angebotseinholung, Preisvergleich, Bestellung und Warenübernahme)

* Fuhrparkmanagement

* SAP-Administration (Rechnungsbearbeitung, digitale Unterschriften, BANF-Verwaltung, Anlagenverwaltung)

DAS SOLLTEST DU MITBRINGEN

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL oder Vergleichbares)

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

* Selbständige, eigenverantwortliche und verlässliche Arbeitsweise - du arbeitest strukturiert und genau

* Sicheres und freundliches Auftreten - du bist kommunikationsstark und teamfähig

* Berufserfahrung im IT-Bereich (Administration, Support, Projektassistenz)

* Projektmanagement-Erfahrung
