Deine Aufgaben:

Dem Geschäftsinhaber unterstellt, übernehmen sie eine selbständige und tragende Rolle in einem aufstrebenden Betrieb der Lebensmittelproduktion.

- Weiterentwicklung des HACCP Konzeptes

- Aufrechterhaltung des IFS Standards

- Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen

- Überprüfung von Einkaufs, Verkaufs- und Kundenspezifikationen

- Prüfung der Gesetzeskonformität der Verpackung und Etiketten

- Durchführung des Hygienemonitorings

- Kontinuierliches Auswerten von Resultaten und Qualitätskennzahlen, sowie das Ableiten von Folgemaßnahmen

Was du mitbringst:

Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Lebensmittelbereich und haben bereits Erfahrung im Segment Qualitätsmanagement - vorzugsweise haben sie in einer vergleichbaren Position gearbeitet.

Sie zeichnen sich durch ein ausgeprägtes Verantwortungs- und Qualitätsbewusstsein und Interesse an Neuem aus. Konzeptionelles und vernetztes Denken gehören ebenso zu ihren Stärken wie eine exakte und selbständige Arbeitsweise. Das Beherrschen der gängigen MS-Office Produkte sowie stilsicheres Deutsch runden ihr Profil ab.
