Bist Du bereit, Teil unseres Teams in der Kinderbetreuungseinrichtung in 6534 Serfaus zu werden? 1 ASSISTENT:IN (w/m/d) Teilzeit, 14 Wochenstunden

Deine Aufgaben

Du begleitest Kinder und gestaltest für sie eine abwechslungsreiche Betreuung mit einem vielfältigen Betreuungs- und Bildungsangebot.Dabei unterstützt Du die Kinder in unterschiedlichen Entwicklungsbereichen und begleitest sie bei den vielseitigen Aktivitäten, die im Haus angeboten werden.

Du nimmst die Bedürfnisse der Kinder wahr, greifst ihre Themen auf und bringst Dich aktiv in die Zusammenarbeit im Team ein. Die Mitgestaltung der pädagogischen Konzeption sowie deren gemeinsame Umsetzung im Team sind Teil Deiner Arbeit.

Auch hauswirtschaftliche Tätigkeiten werden gemeinsam im Team erledigt, wobei Du Dich engagiert und verlässlich einbringst.

Die Arbeit mit Kindern ist Deine Berufung! Mit viel Freude an dieser Ar-beit und einem großen Herz für Kinder, arbeitest Du zuverlässig und motiviert und zeigst Interesse an deren Bedürfnis-sen.

Aktives Zuhören, Reflektieren und eine wertschätzende Kommunikation sind Dir wichtig und zählen zu Deinen Stärken. Du arbeitest gerne im Team, in das Du auch Deine Ideen einbringst und gemeinsam umsetzt. Zudem erledigst Du Deine Aufgaben initiativ, eigenverantwortlich und zuverlässig.

Eine bereits absolvierte Ausbildung zur Assistenzkraft ist wünschenswert. Wir heißen aber auch Quereinsteiger:innen herzlich willkommen!
