Voor onze opdrachtgever zijn wij op zoek naar een Office Assistant Inkoop die de inkoper op administratief gebied ondersteunt. Jij zorgt ervoor dat inkooporders correct worden verwerkt en opgevolgd en hebt regelmatig contact met leveranciers. Een afwisselende functie waarin nauwkeurigheid, overzicht en goede communicatie belangrijk zijn. HOE ZIET JOUW WERKDAG ERUIT? Als Office Assistant Inkoop ben jij de administratieve rechterhand van de inkoper. Je houdt je bezig met het verwerken en bevestigen van inkoopopdrachten, het invoeren van nieuwe producten en het opstellen van contracten. Daarnaast verwerk je klant specifieke wensen in het systeem en houd je afwijkingen bij leveringen nauwkeurig in de gaten. Ook heb je contact met leveranciers over onder andere samples, kwaliteit en prijzen. Wanneer er bij een levering sprake is van breuk, afwijkingen of vermissingen, denk je samen met de inkoper mee over een passende oplossing. Uiteraard pak je ook diverse andere administratieve werkzaamheden binnen de inkoopafdeling op. HERKEN JIJ JEZELF IN DIT PROFIEL? - Afgeronde administratieve opleiding op MBO niveau. - Zeer goede beheersing van de Engelse taal in woord en geschrift. - Zelfstandig, pro actief en oplossingsgericht. - Goed kunnen onderhandelen met leveranciers. - Prima kunnen communiceren en afspraken kunnen vastleggen. - Gericht op samenwerken in een team. - Doortastende persoonlijkheid. - Administratief goed onderlegd. DE FEITEN OP EEN RIJ - Een fulltime functie van 38,75 uur per week. - Het betreft een functie met het oog op vast.
