In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je administratieve nauwkeurigheid met leverancierscontact, analyses en projectondersteuning. Je houdt overzicht, bewaakt belangrijke deadlines en zorgt ervoor dat collega's kunnen vertrouwen op correcte informatie. Word jij dé onmisbare schakel binnen ons inkoopteam? Hoe ziet jouw werkdag eruit? Als assistent inkoper ben jij de rechterhand van de manager inkoop & facility. Jij bent de spil achter een soepel verlopend inkoopproces en zorg je ervoor dat contracten, leveranciersinformatie en administratieve processen altijd op orde zijn. Je hebt regelmatig contact met leveranciers, ondersteunt inkopers bij uiteenlopende projecten en signaleert tijdig acties rondom contracten, SLA's en facturen. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid, proactieve houding en organisatietalent maak je iedere dag impact binnen een dynamische en veelzijdige werkomgeving. Je gaat aan de slag met: - Zorgen voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling, vastlegging en archivering van contracten; - Bewaken van contractlooptijden en tijdig uitzetten van acties voor verlengingen of nieuwe aanbestedingen; - Onderhouden van contacten met leveranciers en interne stakeholders over offertes, contracten en lopende trajecten; - Ondersteunen van inkopers bij projecten en bijdragen aan een actueel en overzichtelijk projectbeheer; - Verzorgen van een correcte en tijdige afhandeling van facturen en rapporteren over de status hiervan; - Analyseren van SLA's, marktontwikkelingen en prijsverschillen ter ondersteuning van inkoopbeslissingen.
