Als Assistent Inkoper Apotheek speel je een belangrijke rol in het dagelijks inkoopproces van de apotheek. Je zorgt ervoor dat geneesmiddelen en andere farmaceutische producten tijdig beschikbaar zijn en draagt daarmee direct bij aan de continuïteit van de patiëntenzorg. Wat ga je doen? Als Assistent Inkoper Apotheek bij de Zorgkern Farmacie: - Coördineer je het dagelijkse inkoopproces en zorg je voor het tijdig bestellen van farmaceutische producten bij leveranciers. - Bewaak je levertijden, naleveringen en leveringsproblemen en onderneem je actie om continuïteit van de medicatievoorziening te waarborgen. - Beheer je het assortiment en signaleer en implementeer je assortimentswijzigingen. - Verzamel, controleer en beheer je administratieve gegevens rondom het inkoop- en facturatieproces. - Informeer en adviseer je interne en externe gebruikers over producten, systemen en procesmatige vraagstukken. Met wie? Je maakt onderdeel uit van de Zorgkern Farmacie, bestaande uit een productieteam, logistiek centrum, de Poliklinische Apotheek, de Ziekenhuisapotheek en een backoffice voor inkoop en het M-EPD. Je werkt nauw samen met (ziekenhuis)apothekers, apothekersassistenten, kwaliteitsfunctionarissen, logistiek medewerkers en administratief medewerkers. Het bedrijfsbureau bestaat uit een betrokken team van vier collega's. Binnen het team staan zelfstandigheid, nauwkeurigheid, samenwerking en eigenaarschap centraal.
