Samen met een enthousiast team van zo'n 40 inkoopcollega's zorg je ervoor dat onze producten van bestelling tot levering soepel door het proces gaan. En met een assortiment van meer dan 24.000 artikelen is er genoeg te doen! Als Assistent Inkoper ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen onze internationale leveranciers en verschillende interne afdelingen. Jij houdt het overzicht over de bestellingen en zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe producten op tijd en in de juiste aantallen in ons warehouse in Deurne binnenkomen. Je hebt veel contact met leveranciers, met name in China, en werkt daarnaast nauw samen met onze DTP'ers aan de verpakkingen van onze producten. Wat ga je doen? - Verwerken en beheren van inkooporders en zorgen dat alles administratief klopt; - De voortgang van lopende orders scherp in de gaten houden en actie ondernemen als dat nodig is; - Je hebt dagelijks contact met internationale leveranciers, voornamelijk in China; - Je zorgt ervoor dat product- en ordergegevens correct en actueel in ons ERP-systeem staan; - Samen werken met verschillende interne afdelingen om ervoor te zorgen dat alles rondom een product soepel verloopt.
