Capelle a/d IJssel Zorg voor afspraken met potentials. Nieuwe klanten beginnen met een eerste contact. Een interessant bedrijf vinden, de juiste persoon achterhalen, de telefoon pakken en zorgen dat er een gesprek ontstaat. Als Assistent Klantmanager ben jij degene die dat iedere dag opnieuw doet. Je werkt vanuit onze binnendienst en ondersteunt onze Klantmanagers bij het vinden en benaderen van nieuwe klanten. Jij zorgt voor nieuwe leads, legt het eerste contact en plant afspraken in. Onze Klantmanagers nemen het daarna van je over en gaan met de ondernemer verder in gesprek. Bellen, bellen, bellen Laten we er niet ingewikkeld over doen: je gaat veel bellen. Je zoekt actief naar bedrijven die bij ons passen, benadert ondernemers en probeert ze enthousiast te maken voor een kennismaking met de Werkende Website. Daarbij gaat het niet om zo snel mogelijk een verkooppraatje afdraaien. Je moet juist nieuwsgierig zijn. Wat doet een bedrijf? Hoe presenteren ze zich online? Waar liggen misschien kansen? En is er een goede aanleiding om eens verder te praten? Je hoeft tijdens zo'n eerste gesprek niet alles te weten of direct iets te verkopen. Jouw belangrijkste doel is interesse wekken, een deur openen en zorgen dat onze Klantmanager het gesprek verder kan voeren. In de praktijk ga je onder andere: - actief nieuwe leads en interessante bedrijven zoeken; - uitzoeken wie binnen een bedrijf de juiste contactpersoon is; - potentiële klanten bellen; - leads uit verschillende bronnen opvolgen; - kort uitleggen wie we zijn en waarom je belt; - interesse en commerciële kansen herkennen; - afspraken inplannen voor onze Klantmanagers; - contacten en afspraken goed vastleggen; - prospects opnieuw benaderen als het moment nog niet goed was; - meedenken over nieuwe doelgroepen en manieren om deze te bereiken. We zoeken voor deze functie geen ervaren accountmanager. We zoeken iemand met commerciële aanleg die het vak wil leren en vooral zin heeft ...
