Het vleesverwerkend bedrijf in Aalter is een echte pionier in de productie van zorgeloze maaltijden en levert met trots aan meer dan 170 slagerijen en traiteurzaken. Als één van de grootste voedingsbedrijven in Vlaanderen bieden ze volop kansen voor groei en ontwikkeling.

Werk je graag met voeding? Heb je een passie voor koken? Als assistent-kok kom je terecht in de grootkeuken van een vleesverwerkend bedrijf. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor volgende taken:

  • tijdens een interne opleiding leer je hoe je zelfstandig parameters instelt
  • samen met je collega's sta je in voor de bereiding van vol-au-vent, soep, stoverij,...
  • je voert kleine kwaliteitscontroles uit
  • je blijft voortdurend in beweging en zorgt ervoor dat de productie ongestoord blijft verdergaan
  • als assistent-kok werk je in 2-ploegen van 4u30-12u30 of van 11u45-20u

Voor de job als hulpkok ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bereiden van lekkere gerechten. Zij zoeken iemand met volgende kwaliteiten en motivatie:

  • je hebt een passie voor voeding, je kookt graag of je hebt een opleiding in de richting van voeding gevolgd
  • ervaring als kok in een grootkeuken of in de productiewereld van voeding is een pluspunt
  • je bent leergierig ingesteld want je zal opleidingen krijgen om de machines te leren instellen
  • je houdt er rekening mee dat je met vleeswaren moet werken, je gaat steeds nauwkeurig te werk volgens de voorgelegde hygiënemaatregelen
