Als Assistent Kwaliteitsverantwoordelijke speel je een belangrijke rol binnen het kwaliteitsteam. Je waakt mee over de kwaliteit van de producten, volgt analyses op en zorgt ervoor dat alle kwaliteits- en voedselveiligheidsnormen correct worden nageleefd.

  • Controleren en opvolgen van de kritische controlepunten binnen het productieproces.
  • Toezien op de kwaliteit tijdens de verpakkingsprocessen.
  • Controleren of producten voldoen aan de interne kwaliteitsnormen en klantspecificaties.
  • Sensibiliseren van medewerkers rond hygiëne, HACCP en kwaliteitsprocedures.
  • Uitvoeren, opvolgen en beoordelen van laboanalyses.
  • Opvolgen van microbiologische, fysico-chemische en andere externe analyses.
  • Behandelen en analyseren van non-conformiteiten en opstellen van corrigerende acties.
  • Opvolgen en afhandelen van interne en externe klachten.
  • Uitwerken van preventieve en corrigerende maatregelen.
  • Uitvoeren van traceerbaarheidsoefeningen.
  • Beheren van productinformatie, specificaties en klantendossiers.
  • Controleren en kalibreren van laboapparatuur.
  • Opvolgen van stock van labo- en kwaliteitsmaterialen.
  • Mee instaan voor audits, pest control en de opvolging van metaaldetectoren en sorteersystemen.
  • Actief meewerken aan de verdere optimalisatie van het kwaliteitssysteem.
  • Je hebt een diploma in een laboratoriumgerichte richting, voedingsmiddelentechnologie, biochemie of een gelijkaardige opleiding.
  • Of je hebt relevante ervaring binnen kwaliteitscontrole in een labo- of productieomgeving.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Frans.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en kwaliteitsbewust.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en durft initiatief te nemen.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en werkt graag samen met collega's.
  • Je hebt kennis van HACCP, voedselveiligheid of kwaliteitsnormen, of bent bereid je hierin verder te verdiepen.
  • Je bent bereid te werken in een 2-ploegenstelsel of in een vaste nachtploeg.
  • Tijdens het hoogseizoen (van midden juni tot eind oktober) ben je bereid om ook in het weekend te werken.
