Wil jij als assistent kwaliteitsverantwoordelijke beton in de Antwerpse regio voltijds mee waken over de kwaliteit van beton, van laboratoriumtest tot productie? In deze functie combineer je kwaliteitscontrole met het verbeteren van recepten en processen in de bouwsector.

Je komt terecht bij een werkgever die actief is in bouwmaterialen en beton.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je voert testen en analyses uit in het laboratorium en op de werkvloer, en toetst de resultaten aan de geldende normen en het kwaliteitshandboek.
  • Bij klachten of afwijkingen onderzoek je de oorzaak en bepaal je passende corrigerende en preventieve acties.
  • Je ontwikkelt betonrecepten op maat, test ze en begeleidt de vertaling naar productie.
  • Je volgt het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem, certificeringen zoals CSC en BENOR en de bijbehorende kwaliteitsdossiers op.
  • Je onderhoudt contact met certificerende instanties, houdt grondstofgegevens actueel en zorgt voor controle en kalibratie van meet- en testtoestellen.

Daarnaast coördineer je de kwaliteitsactiviteiten en ondersteun je de laborant in het team.
