Als medewerker van de kwaliteitsafdeling ben jij de persoon die mee waakt over kwaliteit, hygiëne en orde. Je hoeft geen diploma-expert te zijn: wij zoeken iemand met karakter, die stevig in zijn of haar schoenen staat, graag verantwoordelijkheid opneemt en niet bang is om mensen aan te spreken. Alles wat je moet kennen, leer je op de werkvloer.

Je job is gevarieerd, zichtbaar en belangrijk. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles correct verloopt, van grondstof tot eindproduct. Geen saaie theorie, maar een praktische kwaliteitsjob waarin je groeit door te doen.

Wat je zal doen (en gaandeweg leert) in deze job:

  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles tijdens het productieproces
  • Nemen van staalnames (producten, swabs, labo)
  • Controleren en opvolgen van productiedocumenten
  • Invullen van checklists en ondersteunen bij interne controles
  • Opvolgen van productieparameters volgens vaste richtlijnen
  • Steekproefsgewijs controleren van grondstoffen en afgewerkte producten
  • Temperatuur- en frigo­ controles uitvoeren
  • Toezien op hygiënisch werken en persoonlijke hygiëne op de werkvloer
  • Input geven tijdens overlegmomenten
  • Meehelpen bij het aanleren en opvolgen van kwaliteitsafspraken

Alles wordt uitgelegd en aangeleerd. Motivatie en inzet zijn belangrijker dan diploma’s.

  • Je spreekt en begrijpt goed Nederlands
  • Je staat zelfzeker in je schoenen en durft mensen aan te spreken
  • Je bent leergierig en staat open voor nieuwe taken en verantwoordelijkheden
  • Basiskennis computer / MS Office is voldoende
