Werken waar je écht het verschil maakt - lokaal, warm en verbindend Vacature assistent leidinggevende 18 - 20 uur per week verdeeld over 3 dagen. Vaste werkdagen maandag, dinsdag en woensdag. Binnen Boartershiem zijn we volop in ontwikkeling. Om onze pedagogische kwaliteit verder te versterken en onze organisatie toekomstbestendig in te richten, creëren wij een nieuwe functie: Assistent Leidinggevende. Deze functie ontstaat ter ondersteuning van de manager en krijgt een belangrijke rol in het verbinden van pedagogische kwaliteit, teamontwikkeling en organisatorische continuïteit. Wij zoeken iemand die niet alleen uitvoert, maar meedenkt, overzicht houdt en zichtbaar aanwezig is op de werkvloer. Wat ga je doen? - Je bent actief aanwezig op de groepen en ondersteunt collega's bij pedagogische vragen of situaties rondom kinderen. - Je coacht op de werkvloer en helpt medewerkers reflecteren op hun handelen. - Je bewaakt samen met de manager de pedagogische lijn binnen onze organisatie. - Je stelt de activiteitenplanning vast voor de baby- en dreumesgroep en ook voor de peutergroep - Je bewaakt de doorgaande ontwikkellijn binnen de peuteropvang. - Je maakt dienstroosters en regelt vervanging bij ziekte of uitval. - Je valt zelf in op de groep indien er geen vervanging geregeld kan worden. - Je verzorgt rondleidingen en intakegesprekken. - Je stelt nieuwsbrieven op voor de kinderopvang, peuteropvang en BSO en draagt bij aan heldere communicatie. - Je begeleid en instrueer de pedagogisch professionals in ontwikkeling, groepsondersteuners en stagiaires. Je rapporteert periodiek over hun voortgang aan de leidinggevende. - Je beheert de kindadministratie zorgvuldig en overzichtelijk. Wie zoeken wij?
