  • Je verwerkt transportopdrachten en staat in voor een correcte administratieve opvolging.
  • Je onderhoudt contact met chauffeurs, klanten, leveranciers en collega's.
  • Je volgt leveringsschema's op en signaleert tijdig knelpunten of wijzigingen.
  • Je helpt bij het opmaken en optimaliseren van transportroutes.
  • Je volgt transportdocumenten, attesten en rij- en rusttijden mee op.
  • Je ondersteunt bij het beheer van het wagenpark, waaronder onderhouds- en keuringsplanningen.
  • Je verwerkt logistieke gegevens en stelt administratieve dossiers samen.
  • Je denkt mee na over verbeteringen binnen de transportorganisatie en zoekt oplossingen bij onverwachte situaties.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of graduaatsdiploma of hebt relevante ervaring binnen logistiek, administratie of transportplanning.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een logistieke of transportgerelateerde functie.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en kan je goed uitdrukken in het Frans.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en administratief sterk.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en behoudt het overzicht tijdens drukke momenten.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Microsoft Office.
  • Je bent leergierig, oplossingsgericht en een echte teamplayer.
  • Interesse in transport, logistiek en planning is een must.
