Jobomschrijving

Voor een bedrijf in Lebbeke zoeken we een assistent maintenance manager met een sterke interesse in zowel elektrische als mechanische werkzaamheden. In deze functie ondersteun je de onderhoudstechniekers met jouw technische expertise en ervaring. Daarnaast bied je ook ondersteuning aan de Maintenance Manager op technisch en organisatorisch vlak.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Organiseren en uitvoeren van onderhouds- en herstellingswerkzaamheden aan machines en installaties.
  • Actief deelnemen aan technische interventies en het oplossen van storingen.
  • Aansturen en begeleiden van een team van drie techniekers en één smeerder.
  • Verbeteren en optimaliseren van onderhoudsprocessen.
  • Assisteren van de Maintenance Manager bij projecten en administratieve werkzaamheden.
  • De taken van de Maintenance Manager overnemen bij diens afwezigheid.
  • Op termijn doorgroeien naar verantwoordelijke technische dienst - Maintenance Manager.
  • Waken over een veilige en efficiënte werkomgeving.
  • Werken in ploegensysteem.
  • Praktisch ingesteld met een sterk technisch inzicht.
  • Bij voorkeur minimum een A2-diploma Elektromechanica met enkele jaren relevante ervaring, of een bachelor Elektromechanica, of gelijkwaardige aantoonbare ervaring.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met onderhoud en herstellingen in een industriële omgeving is vereist.
  • Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Een echte teamplayer die ook zelfstandig kan werken en verantwoordelijkheid opneemt.
  • Flexibel ingesteld en bestand tegen stress.
