Maarten Makelaardij is een Rotterdams makelaarskantoor met een enthousiast team, een mooie woningportefeuille en een flinke dosis Rotterdamse nuchterheid. We begeleiden onze klanten bij de verkoop en aankoop van woningen en zijn daarnaast actief bij nieuwbouw- en transformatieprojecten. Voor ons kantoor zijn we op zoek naar een Assistent Makelaar die het vak in de praktijk wil leren en zich wil ontwikkelen tot zelfstandig makelaar. Heb je een HBO-opleiding (bijna) afgerond of al enige ervaring binnen de makelaardij? En wil je graag de volgende stap zetten richting het makelaarsvak? Dan bieden wij je de ruimte om jezelf hierin te ontwikkelen. Wat ga je doen? Als Assistent Makelaar werk je nauw samen met onze ervaren makelaars en krijg je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid. Je leert het vak door mee te werken aan echte verkooptrajecten en in contact te staan met klanten. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Ondersteunen van makelaars bij verkooptrajecten. - Eerst meedraaien, maar op korte termijn zelfstandig uitvoeren van bezichtigingen, aanwezigheid bij bouwkundige keuringen en taxaties en het uitvoeren van eindinspecties. - Contact onderhouden met klanten en andere betrokken partijen. - Ondersteunen bij onderhandelingen en het verkoopproces. - Ondersteunen bij nieuwbouw- en transformatieprojecten. - Steeds meer werkzaamheden zelfstandig oppakken naarmate je je ontwikkelt. Je krijgt daarbij begeleiding van ervaren collega's en de ruimte om jezelf stap voor stap te ontwikkelen richting een zelfstandige rol als makelaar.
