Voor een stabiele en groeiende ambachtelijke bakkerij zijn we op zoek naar een Productie Manager met een passie voor bakken én mensen. In deze sleutelrol combineer je operationele daadkracht met coachend leiderschap. Je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer, denkt mee over optimalisaties en fungeert als rechterhand van de manager. Flexibiliteit, initiatief en probleemoplossend denken zijn cruciaal in deze functie.

De functie inhoud Als Productie Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het vlot en efficiënt verloop van de productie:

  • Leiding geven aan productieteams en teamverantwoordelijken
  • Organiseren en optimaliseren van productieplanningen rekening houdend met bestellingen, voorraden en middelen
  • Opmaken en opvolgen van productielijsten
  • Coachen, motiveren en ontwikkelen van medewerkers volgens het principe leading by example
  • Nauwe samenwerking met HR rond personeelsplanning, aanwervingen en opleidingen
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit, voedselveiligheid en HACCP-richtlijnen
  • Administratieve en organisatorische ondersteuning van het management
  • Actief aanwezig en aanspreekbaar zijn op de werkvloer
  • Flexibel bijspringen waar nodig, met behoud van je leidinggevende rol

  • Ervaring in een bakkerij en een grondig begrip van het bakkerijproces

  • Sterke organisatorische en administratieve vaardigheden
  • Oplossingsgericht, stressbestendig en besluitvaardig
  • Zelfstandig, verantwoordelijk en assertief
  • In staat om vlot te schakelen tussen verschillende taken en prioriteiten
  • Geen probleem met vroeg starten en weekendwerk
