Als fulltime assistent manager bij Action in jouw woonplaats ondersteun je de filiaalmanager bij de dagelijkse operatie in de winkel. Je helpt met het aansturen van het team, bewaakt de winkelpresentatie en zorgt dat klanten goed geholpen worden. Daarnaast stel je personeelsplanningen op, denk je mee over verbeteringen op de werkvloer en neem je de leiding wanneer de filiaalmanager afwezig is. Klaargestoomd Tijdens een uitgebreid inwerkprogramma van acht weken leer je alle processen binnen Action kennen. Zo word je stap voor stap voorbereid om zelfstandig deze rol te vervullen. Geen minimale opleiding vereist. Je wordt volledig intern opgeleid voor deze functie. Wat wij vragen - Ervaring met leidinggeven, retailervaring is een pré; - Je bent flexibel inzetbaar binnen een straal van 40 km van je woonplaats; - Je bent klantgericht en denkt oplossingsgericht; - Je kunt een team motiveren en aansturen; - Je bent flexibel en pakt verantwoordelijkheid; - Je kunt prioriteiten stellen en overzicht houden; - Voor deze functie is het belangrijk dat je vloeiend Nederlands spreekt.
