Als assistent manager pak jij het initiatief bij het: - Aansturen, motiveren en coachen van medewerkers. - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles. - Opstellen van een shiftplanning. - Oplossen van problemen met de service, producten of kwaliteit. - Behalen van ambitieuze verkoopdoelstellingen. - Vervangen van de restaurantmanager als die er niet kan zijn.
