Samen met de Shop Manager creëer je een warme omgeving waarin teamcultuur en persoonlijke ontwikkeling centraal staan. Je zorgt dat collega's floreren en klanten zich écht gehoord voelen. Je staat midden in het team en helpt collega's bij vragen over abonnementen of telefoons. Je springt in waar het druk is en bewaakt continu een open werksfeer. Is de Shop Manager een dag vrij? Dan neem jij met een gerust hart het roer over. Takenpakket : - Inspireren en coachen: Je voert actieve gesprekken met je teamleden om hen te ondersteunen in hun groei. Je helpt iedereen om het beste uit zichzelf te halen binnen een fijne leercultuur. - Samen doelen realiseren: Je bouwt actief aan een hecht team dat gezamenlijk successen boekt. Behaalde resultaten vieren jullie dan ook altijd samen. - Gastvrijheid uitstralen: Je zorgt voor een open uitstraling van de winkel, zodat iedere klant met een glimlach de deur uit gaat. - Rust en overzicht bewaren: Jij bent de stabiele factor die helpt met de planning en structuur biedt, zodat iedereen precies weet wat er die dag mag gebeuren.
