Voor Bardo, onze bruisende brasserie en bar op de prachtige Grote Markt in Turnhout, zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren kelner die wil doorgroeien naar de functie van Assistent Manager.

Ben jij iemand die niet alleen graag gasten bedient, maar ook collega's motiveert, overzicht bewaart en mee de dagelijkse werking van de zaak in goede banen leidt? Dan ben jij misschien de persoon die we zoeken.

Jouw uitdaging

Als Assistent Manager ben je de rechterhand van onze zaalmanager. Je zorgt ervoor dat de service vlot verloopt, ondersteunt het team waar nodig en helpt mee om onze gasten elke dag opnieuw een uitstekende beleving te bezorgen.

Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid op de werkvloer, stuurt collega's aan wanneer nodig en denkt actief mee na over hoe we onze werking en service voortdurend kunnen verbeteren.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring als kelner in een kwaliteitsvolle brasserie of restaurant.
  • Je hebt een verzorgd voorkomen en communiceert vlot in het Nederlands.
  • Je bent een natuurlijke leider die collega's motiveert en het goede voorbeeld geeft.
  • Je bent flexibel, stressbestendig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je werkt georganiseerd en behoudt het overzicht, ook tijdens drukke service.
  • Gastvrijheid zit in je DNA en je streeft steeds naar een perfecte service.
  • Je hebt oog voor detail en ziet werk voordat iemand het moet vragen.
  • Je bent leergierig en hebt de ambitie om door te groeien naar een managementfunctie.
