Je ondersteunt de dagelijkse operationele werking en zorgt ervoor dat shows, parades en evenementen vlot, veilig en professioneel verlopen. Door jouw aanwezigheid op de werkvloer ondersteun je performers en medewerkers waar nodig en draag je bij aan een onvergetelijke ervaring voor onze gasten.

Takenpakket:

  • Operationele werking - Je ondersteunt de dagelijkse organisatie en opvolging van shows, parades, evenementen en andere entertainmentactiviteiten, zowel voor als achter de schermen.
  • Aansturing & Coaching - Je stuurt performers, showmedewerkers en operationele partners aan en fungeert als hun eerste aanspreekpunt. Met jouw coachende aanpak motiveer je medewerkers en bewaak je de kwaliteit van hun prestaties, de gastbeleving, de veiligheid en de uitvoering van de shows.
  • Planning - Je ondersteunt de personeelsplanning en helpt de continuïteit van de operationele werking te garanderen. Bij afwezigheden speel je flexibel in op wijzigingen.
  • Veiligheid & kwaliteit - Je ziet toe op de naleving van operationele procedures, veiligheidsvoorschriften en kwaliteitsstandaarden.
  • Backstage & logistiek - Je coördineert backstage activiteiten, logistieke processen en de verplaatsingen van performers en artiesten.
  • Materialenbeheer - Je volgt het operationele beheer van kostuums, rekwisieten, showmaterialen en voorraden mee op.
  • Samenwerking - Je werkt nauw samen met andere operationele afdelingen en zorgt voor een goede afstemming binnen de organisatie.
  • Verbetering - Je verzamelt feedback uit de dagelijkse werking, signaleert verbeterpunten en helpt processen en procedures verder te optimaliseren.

Profiel:

  • Passie voor entertainment - Je hebt een sterke interesse in live entertainment, shows, evenementen en gastbeleving.
  • Organisatorisch sterk - Je behoudt het overzicht in een dynamische omgeving en weet verschillende activiteiten en prioriteiten goed op elkaar af te stemmen.
  • Leiderschap - Je neemt op een natuurlijke manier verantwoordelijkheid op en weet medewerkers te ondersteunen, coachen en motiveren.
  • Stressbestendig & besluitvaardig - Je blijft rustig wanneer situaties snel veranderen en weet op het juiste moment beslissingen te nemen.
  • Communicatief sterk - Je communiceert vlot en professioneel met medewerkers, performers, artiesten en andere interne diensten.
  • Oplossingsgericht - Je denkt vooruit, grijpt proactief in bij operationele uitdagingen en zoekt steeds naar een praktische oplossing.
  • Flexibel inzetbaar - Werken tijdens weekends, feestdagen en vakantieperiodes vormt voor jou geen probleem.
  • Talenkennis - Je beheerst het Nederlands uitstekend en beschikt over een goede kennis van het Engels en het Frans.
