En dat is precies wat jouw werk interessant maakt. Wij zoeken een Assistent Manager Operationele Zaken die overzicht houdt, snel schakelt en verantwoordelijkheid durft te nemen. Iemand die niet alleen problemen oplost, maar ze het liefst al ziet aankomen. Ben jij een ervaren logistieke professional die toe is aan een volgende stap? Dan maken we graag kennis met je. Jouw rol: midden in de operatie Als Assistent Manager Operationele Zaken ben je samen met de Manager Operationele Zaken en de Teamleider verantwoordelijk voor een soepel verloop van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden in onze haven in Stein. Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, schippers, collega's op de werkvloer en onze afdeling Wegtransport. Jij weet wat er speelt, houdt de planning scherp en zorgt dat mensen en materieel op het juiste moment beschikbaar zijn. Loopt iets anders dan verwacht? Dan schakel je snel, denk je in oplossingen en zorg je dat het werk doorgaat. Concreet betekent dit dat je: - De dagelijkse operationele planning coördineert en bijstuurt waar nodig. - Het eerste aanspreekpunt bent voor operationele opdrachten en afstemming met klanten en schippers. - Samen met de Teamleider zorgt voor een efficiënte inzet van medewerkers, machin...
