The posting

De functie omvat de promotie van het Kroatische toeristische aanbod bij de toeristische sector, de media en het grote publiek, voornamelijk in België (Vlaanderen) en Nederland. Dit gebeurt via promotionele activiteiten, sales meetings, de organisatie van studiereizen, informatieverstrekking, marktanalyses, deelname aan beurzen, organisatie van evenementen, het onderhouden van mediacontacten, het opstellen van maandelijkse B2B-nieuwsbrieven, enz.

De verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere:

  • Het opbouwen en onderhouden van samenwerkingen met touroperators, reisbureaus, zakelijke partners en andere stakeholders binnen de toeristische sector op de Nederlandse en Vlaamse markt.
  • Het plannen, organiseren en uitvoeren van sales- en marketingactiviteiten voor zowel de B2B- als B2C-markt.
  • Het organiseren van studiereizen (FAM trips), workshops, beurzen, presentaties, persconferenties en andere marketingevenementen.
  • Het verder ontwikkelen en uitbreiden van het MICE-segment (zakelijk toerisme) en samenwerken met organisatoren van zakelijke en conferentie-evenementen.
  • Het opvolgen van markttrends, uitvoeren van concurrentieanalyses en ontwikkelen van nieuwe sales- en marketinginitiatieven.
  • Het adviseren van zakelijke partners en eindconsumenten over het toeristische aanbod van Kroatië.
  • Het ondersteunen en uitvoeren van de PR- en mediastrategie die specifiek is afgestemd op de betreffende markt, evenals het jaarlijkse actieplan; het voortdurend onderhouden van relaties met Nederlandse en Vlaamse media.
  • Het proactief onder de aandacht brengen van thema’s en verhalen van HTZ in de Nederlandse en Vlaamse media.
  • Het voorbereiden van rapporten, presentaties, zakelijke correspondentie en andere administratieve documenten met betrekking tot de activiteiten van het vertegenwoordigingskantoor.
  • Het opnemen van bijkomende verantwoordelijkheden binnen het takenpakket van het vertegenwoordigingskantoor, afhankelijk van de operationele behoeften.
  • Een universitaire of hogeschoolopleiding (afgeronde studie van minimaal 3 jaar) in communicatie, toerisme, journalistiek, marketing, mediastudies, sociale wetenschappen, economie of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • Minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring binnen economie en marketing of in een gelijkaardige functie bij internationale bedrijven of organisaties.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve en netwerkvaardigheden, overtuigingskracht, een hoge mate van betrokkenheid en flexibiliteit, het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken en sterke vaardigheden op het gebied van teamwork.
  • Goede computervaardigheden: kennis van Microsoft Office (Outlook / Word / Excel / PowerPoint) en internet.
  • Kennis van het Frans, evenals kennis van het Nederlands in woord en geschrift, wordt als een pluspunt beschouwd.
  • Bereidheid en openheid om met mensen en verschillende stakeholders samen te werken en te communiceren.
