Kun jij schakelen met collega's op de vloer én met chauffeurs, en zorg jij dat de dagelijkse operatie soepel blijft draaien? Dan hebben wij een mooie kans voor je bij Naus Agriboxes in Espel . Wat ga je doen? Als Assistent Operations ondersteun je de productieplanning en de dagelijkse operatie. Jij bent de spil tussen planning, productie en logistiek en zorgt dat informatie klopt, acties worden opgevolgd en iedereen op tijd weet waar hij aan toe is. Jouw taken bestaan o.a. uit: - Ondersteunen van de productieplanning en bewaken van de voortgang. - Administratieve verwerking van operationele gegevens (o.a. planning, productie- en logistieke informatie). - Werken met Excel : overzichten bijhouden, controles uitvoeren, data verwerken en rapportages ondersteunen. - Contact onderhouden met collega's, chauffeurs en interne stakeholders om de planning en uitvoering af te stemmen. - Signaleren van knelpunten in de operatie en proactief meedenken over oplossingen. - Zorgen voor structuur, overzicht en een correcte vastlegging van afspraken en processen. Jouw profiel - Je bent administratief sterk en werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd. - Je hebt goede kennis van Excel (filters, draaitabellen/overzichten maken; ervaring met planningstools is een pré). - Je bent sociaal en communicatief vaardig en kunt goed omgaan met verschillende type collega's (incl. chauffeurs). - Je staat stevig in je schoenen, schakelt snel en houdt overzicht onder drukte. - Je bent beschikbaar voor 32-40 uur per week . - Eigen vervoer is een must (geen OV beschikbaar naar Espel).
