Assitent Operations Manager/Bedrijfsleider

Onder leiding van onze 2 bedrijfsleiders/operations managers ben je betrokken bij de opvolging en coördinatie van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden en productie van onze groenteplanten in de serre, met als doel op termijn door te groeien naar afdelingsverantwoordelijke

Functieomschrijving:

- Je leert alle productieprocessen en ondersteunt de leidinggevende personen waar nodig

- Je wordt betrokken bij de opvolging van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden en stuurt bij indien nodig voor een efficiënt verloop van alle dagtaken

- Je wordt opgeleid om door te groeien binnen het bedrijf om op termijn de taken van de operations managers over te nemen wanneer gewenst

- In overleg zorg je mee voor een zo optimaal mogelijke benutting van de teeltruimte

- Je draagt bij tot het realiseren van onze missie: topkwaliteit leveren aan onze klanten!

  • Je hebt ruime ervaring in een productieomgeving en het aansturen van een klein team
  • Je werkt graag in een hecht team, communiceert vlot en bent een goede motivator
  • Je werkt binnen een flexibel uurschema (start 06u) en beurtrol op zaterdagochtend indien noodzakelijk
  • Je hebt verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel, bent veiligheidsbewust en werkt zeer kwaliteitsgericht
  • Je hebt feeling om met machines te werken
  • Je beschikt over een goede hands-on-mentaliteit en bent bereid om ingeschakeld te worden voor verschillende werkzaamheden binnen uw werkomgeving
  • Je bent vooruitstrevend, en denkt vooral mee in oplossingen
  • Je hebt ervaring in telen van planten, beschikt over de zogenaamde groene vingers
  • Sociaal en zin voor teamwerk
  • Flexibel m.b.t. takenpakket
  • U heeft geen nine to five mentaliteit
