Je bewaakt zowel de kwaliteit van het geleverde werk als het zorgdragen voor een optimale uitleveringsgraad van het magazijn. Dit in combinatie met realistische voorraad niveaus van alle magazijnen. Je past de nieuwe strategie en het beleid toe de afdeling waarbij de klantgerichtheid van zowel de interne als de externe klant hoog in het vaandel staan. Ten aanzien van de medewerkers ben je een goede coach en weet je de medewerkers optimaal te stimuleren en motiveren. Tenslotte zie je toe op naleving van de veiligheids- en milieuvoorschriften.
