In deze rol staat organiseren en overzicht houden centraal. De functie is geschikt voor iemand die energie krijgt van plannen, schakelen met collega's en het coördineren van werkzaamheden. Over de functieDe Assistent Planner ondersteunt bij het opstellen en bewaken van planningen, zodat werkzaamheden en projecten efficiënt verlopen. Daarbij wordt nauw samengewerkt met verschillende collega's binnen de organisatie. De functie vormt een belangrijke schakel tussen kantoor en uitvoering. In deze functie ondersteunt de Assistent Planner de planner bij het organiseren en coördineren van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Tot de taken behoren onder andere: - Het ondersteunen bij het opstellen van dag-, week- en langere termijnplanningen; - Het onderhouden van contact met interne collega's en externe betrokkenen over de voortgang van werkzaamheden; - Het signaleren van knelpunten in de planning en het meedenken over praktische oplossingen; - Het administratief verwerken en bijhouden van planningsinformatie in verschillende systemen.
