Ben jij administratief sterk, hou je van afwisseling en krijg je energie van een dynamische transportomgeving? Voor ons team zijn we op zoek naar een assistent planner die mee instaat voor de administratieve opvolging van onze transportopdrachten en ondersteuning biedt aan onze transportplanners.

Als assistent planner ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen onze transportplanning. Je zorgt ervoor dat informatie correct wordt verwerkt en dat onze chauffeurs over alle nodige gegevens beschikken om hun opdrachten vlot uit te voeren.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Verzamelen, controleren en digitaal registreren van gegevens met betrekking tot transportopdrachten.
  • Ondersteunen bij het plannen en opvolgen van de ritten van onze chauffeurs.
  • Chauffeurs voorzien van de juiste informatie en documenten voor het uitvoeren van hun opdrachten.
  • Ondersteunen van de transportplanner bij de dagelijkse operationele werkzaamheden.
  • Administratief verwerken en opvolgen van laad- en losgegevens.
  • Registreren en opvolgen van klachten in het systeem.
  • Meedenken over praktische oplossingen wanneer zich onverwachte situaties voordoen.

Wij zoeken iemand die nauwkeurig werkt, snel kan schakelen en graag actief meedenkt.

Je herkent jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een professionele bachelor.
  • Administratief sterk, nauwkeurig en werkt gestructureerd.
  • Goed prioriteiten stellen en behoudt het overzicht in een dynamische omgeving.
  • Je bent stressbestendig, klantgericht, oplossingsgericht en flexibel.
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en bent bereid om flexibel te werken wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt.
  • Communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office.
  • Ervaring binnen transport of logistiek is een pluspunt, maar vooral je motivatie, verantwoordelijkheidszin en leergierigheid zijn voor ons belangrijk.
